Portrait of a Noble Man

This beautiful portrait of an aristocat with a mill-stone collar remaind partly unfinished. The coat of arms is for instance not fully completed, Strangly enough our work is also stylisticly related to the Flemish school as well to the Dutch School (cfr Frans Hals).
